Commercial Terms

Operating Entity

All services are provided by Like Group Management (LGM). Clients engage directly with Francisco Pellegrini; the legal and commercial entity is LGM.

Service Agreements

All engagements are governed by a written service agreement issued before work begins. Scope, deliverables, fees, and timelines are agreed in writing.

Invoicing

Formal invoices are issued by LGM. Payment terms are specified per engagement (typically net 7 or net 14 from invoice date).

Payment Methods

International bank transfer (SWIFT/IBAN), regulated cross-border platforms (Wise, Deel), and digital assets under specific written agreements.

Jurisdictions

Engagements accepted from clients based in: UAE · KSA · Spain · Argentina · Italy · UK — and internationally on a case-by-case basis.
